Significant changes to the National Construction Code 2022 included increasing the requirements for energy efficiency and condensation management and the introduction of whole of house assessment. There were also changes to the Victorian Planning Provisions and all planning schemes that took effect from 1st January 2024 that mean that new homes, apartments and residential subdivisions applying for a planning permit can no longer be connected to the gas network.
These webinars will increase skills and knowledge in topics such as environmentally sustainable design and construction and home electrification.
