Master Builders Association of Victoria employs sophisticated fraud detection software and will report all
instances of fraud, attempted or otherwise to the appropriate state and federal law enforcement authorities.
There are means by which a suspected transaction can be traced to a transaction location and a fraudster’s
identity obtained. Any type of fraud including credit card, email and telephone deception will not be tolerated
and those individuals will be pursued without exception.

Indemnification

You must indemnify Master Builders Association of Victoria, its officers, directors, employees, assigns, related
entities, subsidiary companies, holding company, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service
Providers") from and against all losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including on a solicitor client basis)
incurred by or awarded against the Service Providers out of and/or resulting from:

  • any negligent act, wrongful conduct and/or omission by you and/or any person accessing the
    website through your account with or without your consent ;
  • any failure by you to comply with any of these terms and conditions;
  • any failure by you to comply with any legislative and/or regulatory requirements.
