We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team working in North West Melbourne.

Bowden Corporation is a tier 3 commercial construction company that has been in operation since 2001. We operate across Melbourne and regional Victoria, most often on projects that make a difference to the community such as schools, social housing, emergency services and local council infrastructure.
We have a refurbishment project in North West Melbourne. The project is on a live site, $5m in value and we expect it to take about 12 months.
As a Site Manager with us, through implementing our procedures, combined with strong teamwork and communication with stakeholders, effective management and supervision of all those on site or visiting site, you will handle the accurate, prompt and safe delivery of our projects.
It is important to us that our people are collaborative, team players with strong communication skills, have strong construction knowledge and experience, are comfortable using technology, can operate in a fast paced environment and always operate with integrity.
Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in construction and OHS, and have completed your First Aid. You are required to have a Working With Children Check.
