Master Builders’ legal department hosts the next in its series of bi-monthly seminars on Thursday 21 September with ‘Security of Payments – How to get paid on time’ with guest speaker Stephen Natoli, Partner at Holding Redlich.

Angelo Simonetto, Master Builders Head of Legal, has invited Stephen to share his expert knowledge and practical tips on the Security of Payment process, emphasising that “understanding the process is crucial to ensuring timely payments and avoiding adjudication claims.”

“The introduction of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002 (the Act), has helped level the playing field in our industry,” Angelo says, “and this seminar will be useful for a broad cross-section of our members, including head contractors, builders and sub-contractors.”

Stephen will take a practical, hands-on approach in explaining the process, guiding members through the Act, with an emphasis on understanding how to effect payment claims, payment schedules and navigating the adjudication process.
