Over the last ten years the MBV Building Leadership Simulation Centre (BLSC), located in South Melbourne, has delivered simulation learning to graduates, mid-level managers, senior managers, and even company directors.

February 2022 marked a momentous occasion and saw the MBV BLSC deliver training to over 8,000 participants.

Throughout the last decade, we have witnessed some impressive examples of leadership and influence take shape. So what is it that truly effective leaders really do?
