The Victorian Training Guarantee (VTG) is an exciting new opportunity to gain new skills or upgrade your existing qualifications to help you get the job you want. This funding could potentially save you thousands of dollars on training. If you fit the eligibility criteria, you could gain access to this government subsidised funding – giving you the chance to take your career to the next level.
The VTG gives eligible applicants the chance to access Victorian and Commonwealth government subsidised funding in a vocational training course. There are an unlimited number of government subsidised training places available to people who meet the eligibility criteria. If you’re an Australian citizen, an Australian Permanent Resident (holder of a permanent visa), or a New Zealand citizen and you want to train in Victoria, you can apply.
The VTG is aimed at making vocational training more accessible to people who do not hold a post-school qualification, or who want to gain a higher level qualification than they already hold.
