Recent EPA fines are a timely reminder that paint waste disposal needs to be done properly. Master Builders has learned of two recent EPA fines for builders because of the improper disposal of paint. While disposing of paint is the sub-contractor’s responsibility, EPA fines can often be applied to the builder as the head contractor.
