The Victorian Building Authority reminds members the newly updated Written Directions to Fix Building Work form is effective from 20 March 2017, allowing time for industry to make adjustments to work practices and systems.

Building surveyors issuing written directions to fix building work must use this VBA-approved form.

The updated form includes improvements suggested by industry. The original form published in June 2016 remains in effect until 20 March 2017.
