Master Builders is very aware that a significant number of our members are based in regional Victoria. Some of you may have noticed that we have been offering more training options in the regional areas.
We are also aware that a lot of our members live in the outer suburbs of Melbourne and, as such, may find travelling into our metropolitan training locations challenge. We want to make our training more accessible and convenient for you, so we have started to source additional venues in which to run our courses.
In October, we’ll be running a CPC40110 Cert IV Building and Construction (Building) in Ringwood for the first time. This location has proved to be a popular one, and seats are filling up fast. We plan to continue running this course in Ringwood, as well as trialling a BSB30715 Certificate III in WHS in early 2017. The Ringwood course is held at Maroondah Federation Estate, which is easy to find, has ample parking space and lovely training rooms with leafy views. And yes, there will be coffee and biscuits.
Our other new location is in one of Melbourne’s newest and fastest-selling new community developments, Woodlea at Rockbank. The spacious training room with views to the hills beyond is located in one of the (much larger) display homes with all the modern facilities you’d expect to find in a training venue. We will be running a CPC40110 Certificate IV Building and Construction (Building) in November 2016. We plan to continue holding training in Rockbank, so courses scheduled in 2017 will rely on your interest.
Enrolments for the Rockbank course have now opened and spots are limited, so if you are interested in gaining your qualification, don’t hesitate to contact the training department now. We are also taking expressions of interest for 2017 courses at both Ringwood and Rockbank, with dates on our website for both.
