“The 2016-17 Victoria State Budget reflects a strong growth in much needed infrastructure investment in our State, but still leaves room to improve planning and address housing affordability issues to ensure that crucial housing and infrastructure needs can be met in Victoria. Finalising funding for investments in projects such as Melbourne Metro and Western Distributor is very welcome,” Master Builders Association of Victoria CEO Radley de Silva said.
