*If you have not received your order within the advised timelines, please check with your local post office as some larger items that will not fit in a standard letterbox will be taken direct to the Post Office without a note to the address.

We strongly advise all orders be registered or express post so that we can track deliveries should there be any problems. Master Builders will not accept responsibility for standard post items lost in transit.

Our Refund Policy

If you wish to apply for a refund or exchange or credit, please read the following:

You are entitled to choose a refund or exchange or credit if the products you’ve bought are:

• Faulty
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you
• Not doing what they’re supposed to do
  
  

Please choose carefully. Refunds or exchanges or credit will not automatically apply for simply changing your mind, unless this was condition of the sale or part of the seller’s advertised policy.

Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
