We strongly advise all orders be registered or express post so that we can track deliveries should there be any problems. Master Builders will not accept responsibility for standard post items lost in transit.

Design & Construct Contract (DECON 2013)

Description

Design & Construct Contract (DECON 2013) is produced by Master Builders Australia. It is a commercial contract (not for use for non-domestic building work) which sets out the legal rights and obligations between a Principle and Contractor for design and construction of building works. It is commonly used when the contractor takes on liability and responsibility for all works and services, including design, that are required to complete the entire building project.
