MBV would like to inform Members with this enterprise agreement, the wage rate and allowance increase takes effect from the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 March 2023.

We remind members that the increases only apply to those that an approved CFMEU EA 20-23 with the Fair Work Commission.

For members who have not formally approved this Enterprise Agreement, there is no industrial requirement to pass on any increases to wage rates or allowances.
