The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) will undertake a secret postal ballot from Monday 31 August 2020 for the following Sector Group Committees:

  • General Contracting Sector Group Committee
  • Specialist Contractor Sector Group Committee

Eligible members in the General Contracting and Specialist Contractor sector groups will soon receive a postal ballot from the AEC at their postal address. We encourage all eligible members of the General Contracting and Specialist Contractor sector group to vote via the postal ballot to inform the future direction of the two sector group committees.

Please note that your postal votes must be received by the AEC via return post by 10am 28th of September. Due to COVID-19 impacting Australia Post delivery times, we recommend that you post your ballots back before the 20th of September to ensure they are received on time to be counted.
