MBV are thrilled to present our innovative new digital contracts system, ‘eDocs’, exclusive to MBV members.   

eDocs will enhance efficiency across sharing, signing and purchasing contracts. This system will digitally save and store information and also feature the user-friendly ‘DocuSign’ function. We trust that this improved system will save you time, and streamline your day-to-day operations from today onwards.  

You will access eDocs by logging in to the MBV website. The username and password used to access ‘eContracts’ will also apply to eDocs. First-time users will need to speak with our membership team to set up access.
 
Please note the following important dates:   
1. eDocs access for all MBV members: provided from July 31st, 2023 
2. Restriction on purchasing new contracts within eContracts: effective from August 31st, 2023
3. Continuing progress on opened or assigned items within eContracts: you can work on these contracts until December 22nd, 2023
4. Completion and local saving of items within eContracts: please ensure all contracts are finalised and saved locally before December 22nd, 2023 
5. Access to contracts after December 22nd, 2023: contracts will no longer be accessible for completion or download. Any remaining purchases or credits within eContracts are not able to be refunded or transferred to the new portal
