As we approach the holiday season, Master Builders Association of Victoria solicits suggestions from staff for our annual charity compliments donation. This year we nominated Backpack Bed for Homeless(formerly Swags for Homeless), an award-winning charity founded to offer a life-saving option to those turned away from shelters.

Master Builders is donating $550 to the cause, enough to purchase five swag kits for people to be safer and more comfortable while sleeping rough. The beds are rugged, lightweight, waterproof, all-weather tools that help preserve the dignity and health of those who need them.
