A new domestic building dispute resolution scheme is being established within Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) to implement recent changes to the building laws – including a mandatory conciliation process.
In order to understand how you might use the service and to inform the development of this new service within CAV, research agency Hall & Partners Open Mind will conduct a survey of residential builders. The answers to the survey are completely confidential and reported anonymously and in aggregate.
The survey should take between five and 10 minutes to complete. As a thank you for taking the time to complete it, you will have the option to be entered into a draw to win one of 5 x $100 EFTPOS cards.
Participation is completely voluntary and you’re free to drop out at any time.
