As a result of concerns raised over the decision of the AFL to move the 2015 Grand Final, parties to Industry EBA 2011-2015 may wish to reschedule the RDOs occurring in September/October 2015 so as to ensure a reasonable spread of productive working days and RDOs, whilst keeping an RDO adjacent to the Grand Final.

One solution is to move the 7 September RDO to 14 September; the 28 September RDO to 5 October; and 12 October RDO to 19 October.

Those wishing to reschedule the September/October 2015 RDOs are encouraged to use clause 36.5.5 of Industry EBA 2011-2015 to formally reach agreement to move the RDOs in question.
