They summarise the following:

• The Contact Centre is still open and their website has a number of contact numbers for members and employers to call or email with their enquiries. They can call 1300 361 784 or email
• The Employer Relationship Team is available to help employers on 1300 361 784
• Their state-based Business Development Team is also available to assist and their contact details are available here.
• The Front Counter Services are not open in each state, however, these front counter staff are assisting with call-backs and emails to members and employers
• The Advice Team is taking calls on 1300 361 784. Press 4 to be connected. Members can also send email
• Coordinators are still visiting sites at this stage and supporting members one-on-one where possible and are available to assist members by phone and email.
