We have received some reports of work sites where people are not adhering to the social distancing guidelines, which poses an unnecessary threat to the health of community. This is not acceptable.

All employers and employees must understand the importance of health and safety precautions and embrace them now. Failure to do so risks the health of our families, our community, our colleagues and increases the likelihood of the immediate shutdown of building and construction projects. As government authorities continue to introduce new measures to contain COVID-19, these guidelines will be updated and modified.
