Sustainability Victoria is working with Victorian builders and land developers to deliver market leading energy efficient homes.
 
The 7-Star homes Program aims to build capability and capacity within the residential building market in preparedness for an increase to minimum energy-efficiency standards in NCC2022.
You’re probably already planning your business’ transition to 7 Star construction and preparing to build new 7-Star displays.

With additional rebates now available this is your opportunity to join the 26 builders and land developers already collaborating with us to build 7-Star Homes.

Participation includes:

• $4,000 rebates per home to assist with upgrade costs
• On-site training, including an as-built verification assessment (including insulation installation and air tightness testing) to ensure homes are built to achieve the same efficiency rating as designed
• Free online training to support the design process and to upskill employees including 6 to 7 star design and construction training and whole-of-home tool training.
• Exclusive sales and marketing resources designed to help with selling energy-efficient homes.

There are limited rebates available under this program.
 
To be eligible for this opportunity you must be:

• A registered builder or a land developer who engages registered builders to build homes.
• Able to complete a minimum of one home and a maximum of 4 homes by 31 March 2023.

 The application deadline is 16 September 2022.
