MBV members are invited to provide feedback to WorkSafe Victoria on the two new pieces of proposed legislation which are currently open for public comment.
The proposed Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 2022 (proposed Explosives Regulations) and associated Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) are available for public review and comment from Tuesday 22 February until the close of business, Monday 21 March 2022.
The proposed Explosives Regulations will replace the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Interim Regulations 2021, which sunset on 19 June 2022.

The proposed Occupational Health and Safety Amendment (Psychological Health) Regulations (proposed regulations) and associated Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) are available for public review and comment from Thursday 17 February until close of business, Thursday 31 March 2022.

On these public comment pages, employers, employees, other interested parties, and members of the public can view the public comment materials and make submissions online. Submissions may also be lodged by email or post.
